REV. SOLOMON JOSEPH KAIKA BORABORA, SR. Passed away peacefully on May 7, 2023. Born in Honolulu and raised in Kaneohe. Graduated from James B. Castle High School in 1958. Retired from the City and County of Honolulu Refuse Dept. As a crew leader in 2000. He was an ordained minister of Ka Makua Mau Loa Church since 1977. He is survived by his wife Stephanie O.K. (Blevins) Borabora; Children: Lida (Paki) Morgado, Tanya Borabora, Charmaine (Bobby) Kealoha, Solomon JK (Truly) Borabora Jr, Michael "Keau" Curry, Tara Borabora, Lahapa (Kevin) Borabora-Yung, Gerhard "Kala" (Lokalia) Borabora, Celina "Suzi" (Kamaile) Tanaka, Lisa "Lei" (Jason) Yamamoto.; 22 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren.
