FILED, an application alleging the intestacy of the above-named decedent who died on June 14, 2022, together with an application by CLAYTON M. CHAN whose address is c/o Damon T. Yonashiro, Esq., 841 Bishop Street, Suite 2201, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for issuance of informal Letters to said CLAYTON M. CHAN.
If any interested person has objections to the informal application, the person may file a petition for formal proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560: 3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
