PUANANI VANDALYN GORA BARONE, "MOMMET"

On April 30, 2023, a heartbreaking goodbye was said to the much beloved Puanani Vandalyn Gora Barone of Waialua, O’ahu. Born on September 11, 1953 to George and Mary Achiu Gora, she is survived by sister Lokelani Gora Ewe (Leonard Ewe) and daughters Meredith and Rebecca Barone. She was predeceased by husbands Leonard Barone and James Moreira and son Jason Barone. She will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephew, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those who knew her as "Mommet." Celebration of Life will be on July 7 at Wahiawa United Church of Christ. Service at 6:15 pm.
