WILLIAM AND AIKO HANGCA

William Kapoho Hangca, 99, passed away in Kailua on May 25, 2023. He was born in Kahana Valley, Oahu and graduated from Kahuku High School. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Aiko and siblings. Brothers: George, Edward, Luis Jr; Joseph and sisters: Sarah, Evangelina.

Aiko "Helen" Kubo Hangca, 94, passed away in Kailua on October 20, 2020. She was born in Wahiawa and moved to Kahuku and was a graduate of Kahuku High School. She was preceded in death by her brothers Robert and Roy and sister Judy.

They were happily married for 74 years and are survived by their son: William K Hangca Jr (Sue); daughters: Karen Warther (Bill); Lynn Lehua Otake-Vierra (LeRoy); Nadine Kimi Ayers; Terri Stephens (David); 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Army Honor Guard and Inurnment for both William and Aiko Hangca will be held at Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Friday, July 14, 2023 at 9:30 am.
