ELAINE OTOME NAKAMURA 99, of Kaneohe, a retired office manager for Foster Equipment Company, passed away on April 25, 2023 at Pohai Nani. She was born in Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by son, Richard (Starr Quon); daughter, Geraldine (Nelson) Awaya; and five grand- children and eleven great-grand- children. Private services were held.
