NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 414D-247 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that HCC FOUNDATION, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation, has filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii. All creditors are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the corporation at the following address:

All claims against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this notice.
