MARTHA YORO Martha "Marty" Ann Yoro, 84, of Sevierville, Tennessee, passed away on June 20th, 2023, peacefully at home with her loved ones. She resided in Hawaii from 1957-2005. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Hawaii and Leeward Community College. In 1956 Martha met David in Germany and they married on January 2, 1957, in Morristown, Tennessee. Marty retired from GTE Hawaiian Telephone Company as a Service Representative at Phone Mart. Martha and David have three children: Daughters, Mary Yoro, Phyllis (Reuben) Longboy and son Randall (Laura) Yoro; seven grandchildren; nineteen great- grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; and two furbabies, Honey Girl (Brownie) and Pussah. Martha was preceded in death by her father Charles Edward Pickel; mother, Phyllis Grace Morris (Owenby); and brother, Arthur Pickel. In addition to her children, Martha is survived by her husband David Yoro; brother, William "Bill" Morris; and sister, Mary Francis "Paddle" Owens.
