Security State Bank & Trust, Dependent Administrator of the Estate in the above numbered and entitled Estate, filed on the 16th day of November, 2020, a verified account for final settlement of said Estate. Said application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on or after the first Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from date of publication, from the date this notice is published, in the County Courtroom in the County Courthouse of Gillespie County, in Fredericksburg, Texas. You are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such accounting should you desire to do so. You are further advised that you have the right to employ an attorney and that if you or your attorney fail to file a written answer by 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from date of posting this citation, the Court may enter orders with binding effects upon said person.
