NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of the Estate of Cynthia K. H. Won, also known as Cynthia Kam Hop Won or Wilbur & Cynthia Won Trust dated November 9, 2007, as restated, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to JERRY W. C. WON and STEVEN W. H. WON, the Successor Trustees, care of LAW OFFICE OF ROBERT Y. NAKAMOTO, JR., LLLC, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 2200, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
