NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. of that certain Lilia Waikiki — Mixed-Use High Rise situated at 2380 Kuhio Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96815, TMK: 2-6-021-100 and 2-6-021-114, has been completed.
