FILED, an application alleging intestacy of the above-named Decedent who died on February 14, 2023, together with an application by TIMOTHY J. ARMSTRONG of 108 Cannon Court West, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said TIMOTHY T. ARMSTRONG.
Ay interested person who has objections to the informal application may file a petition for formal proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; any interested person who desires further notice, including notice of the closing and distribution of the estate, may file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with their proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
