NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
JEANNE MIEKO YAMADA, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF JEANNE MIEKO YAMADA,
AND THE JEANNE M. YAMADA TRUST

Notice is hereby given that Jeanne Mieko Yamada (“Decedent”) passed away on April 16, 2023.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Jeanne Mieko Yamada (“Estate”) or The Jeanne M. Yamada Trust dated September 19, 2016, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Jon K.M. Yamada, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Lucas K. Love, LLLC, P.O. Box 240427, Honolulu, HI 96824, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Jon. K.M. Yamada, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
