JACK SEITOKU NAKAMURA 100, of Aiea, HI, passed away peacefully on Apr. 27, 2023 at Pohai Nani Care Center where he resided. He was born and raised in Ewa Village, and graduated from Waipahu High School in 1941. He enlisted with the Army and was honorable discharged as Sgt. with Co. B, 100th Battalion, 442nd Inf. Reg., in Dec. 1945, known as the Purple Heart Battalion. He worked at Barbers Point as a Supply Supervisor until he retired in Jan. 1981. Singing songs was his passion which made him happy and cheerful. We will miss him and forever be in our hearts. Private services were held.
