TO: DEFENDANTS, ANY AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL
PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW WHICH IS ADVERSE TO PLAINTIFFS’ OWNERSHIP, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL HEIRS OF CHARLES HAROLD NEWMAN

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs DEXTER STANLEY GOMES and ARDIS ANN KUULEIONAONA GOMES have commenced an action by filing a Complaint in Civil No. 3CCV-21-0000242 in the above-entitled Court, wherein Plaintiffs pray the Court finds the Plaintiffs have title to the Subject Property described as “All of that certain parcel of land situate at Puukapu, Waimea, South Kohala, Island and County of Hawai’i, State of Hawai’i, being LOT 33 of the “PLEASANT ACRES SUBDIVISION”, as shown on File Plan Number 886, filed in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawai’i, and containing an area of 21,040 square feet, more or less, bearing Tax Key (3)-6-4-019-020″ by reason of adverse possession; that Plaintiffs be declared and adjudged to be the sole owners of the Subject Property; that all Defendants, known or unknown, be declared to have no interest whatsoever in the Subject Property and be forever barred from asserting any claim to the Subject Property adverse to Plaintiffs’ interests and rights; and that Plaintiffs be granted such other and further relief as this Court deems just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Wendy M. DeWeese, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his/her courtroom at
74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740, at 8:00 a.m. on August 10, 2023, or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, Dennis W. King, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1550, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in this Complaint.
