89 of Aiea, a retired Board of Water Supply and City and County civil engineer passed away on March 30, 2023. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Karin Hikichi; daughter Mari (Lad) Panis; brother Harlan Yuhara; sister Jean Yuhara, and grandchildren: Dallen, Austen, Brennen, and Chyler Panis.
