NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF MARJORIE L. WEIBLE
AND
THE MARJORIE L. WEIBLE REVOCABLE TRUST
All creditors of the above-named Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouches or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Mimi Race Foley, the nominated Personal Representative, c/o Jon Thomas Hunter, AAL, P.O. Box 240665, Honolulu, Hawaii 96824, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the above-named decedent under the trust agreement dated February 14, 1995, as amended and restated, and known as the Marjorie L. Weible Revocable Trust, are hereby notified that Mimi Race Foley is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Jon Thomas Hunter, AAL, P.O. Box 240665, Honolulu, Hawaii 96824, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duty authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown below, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
