foreclosure sale of the subject property located at 66-303 Haleiwa Road, Apt. 306, Haleiwa, Hawaii 96712 of the Haleiwa Surf condominium project.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of this Court in her Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on the 18th day of JULY, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon JANELLE M.F. LAU or ANYA M. PEREZ, attorneys for Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
