CLAYTON CARTER SOUZA Clayton Carter Souza, 81 went to heaven on March 13, 2023. He was born in Hilo, Hawaii. He served in the US Army and was a member of the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry. He worked for Pan Am Airlines and retired as a loyal US government official. He was a faithful volunteer with Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Belmont, CA. Please join us for a Rosary and Mass on June 9, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Church in Hilo @ 11:30 am. Please also join us for a graveside service on June 10, 2023, at Homelani Memorial Park in Hilo @ 10:00 AM. Clay is preceded in death by his father, Alfred B. Souza, Sr., and his mother, Myrtle Carter Souza. He is survived by his wife, Ani Souza; brother, Alfred B. Souza, Jr.; sister, June Rains; brother, Ronald Todd Sr.; daughter, Tracy Whitehouse; daughter, Kelly Souza, and his beloved dog, Kainoa along with grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Joseph School where Clay graduated from in Hilo, Hawaii.
