NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

IHS, The Institute for Human Services, Inc., 546 Kaaahi Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 for the following projects:

IHS WOMEN’S AND FAMILY SHELTER
HONOLULU, OAHU, HAWAII

IT SERVER AND COMPUTER UPGRADE: The work shall consist of assessing the current IT server system and designing a compatible upgraded computer and server system with a minimum of a 5 year lifespan. IHS has approximately 230 employees and 18 sites of varying sizes. The bidder will develop a virtual solution that meets IHS’s needs, facilitate the purchase of equipment and will install the system.
Proposal documents may be obtained by eligible bidders from IHS, The Institute for Human Services, Inc.’s office.

Title 1 of the Housing & Community Development Act of 1974 (Public Law
93-383), Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable current State and Federal labor standards in effect at the time the contract is executed.
To be eligible to bid, prospective bidders must give written notice of their intention to bid no later than 5:00 PM on June 2, 2023. Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS relating to the licensing of contractors. Such written notice must be hand-carried, mailed or faxed to 808-845-7190 sufficiently ahead of time to be received by IHS, The Institute for Human Services, Inc. Proposals must be submitted hand-carried or mailed no later than 5:00 PM on
June 16, 2023.
