The Last Will of the above-named decedent, was admitted to probate and Lucy B. Adams, whose address is 297 Claudia Court, Moraga, California 94556, was informally appointed as personal representative of the decedent’s estate, without bond, in an unsupervised administration. If any interested person has any objection to the informal probate, he or she may file a petition for formal proceeding, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection.
All creditors of the above-named decedent and the decedent’s estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Lucy B. Adams, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
