Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. before the Presiding Judge in Probate, in his or her courtroom is appointed the date, time, and place of hearing on said Petition. Any interested person desiring further notice conceming the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS, Sections 560:3-204 and 560:3-801.

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims by (a) delivering the claim, with an affidavit in support thereof, HIDEHIRO TSURUMI, the personal representative, or (b) filing the claim and affidavit with the court and timely serving a copy of the claim to the personal representative, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, pursuant to Hawaii Probate Rule 63, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
