FILED, an Application for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative (Without Will) has been filed by JAMES SCOTT GOMES, c/o Derek K. Tomita, Esq., 707 Richards Street, #510, Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for the issuance of informal Letters of Administration to said JAMES SCOTT GOMES. If any interested person has any objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said JAMES SCOTT GOMES, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
