Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction under Royal Contracting Co., Ltd. Contract No. 22122041 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE BASIN GRADING, of onsite work consisting of site grading, modification and/or retrofit of existing water laterals, existing sewer laterals and manholes, including cleanouts to grade, and concrete as well as application, replacement or retrofit of existing electrical site work,and other work appurtenant thereto. Located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Keys: 9-4-006:por 047 has been completed.
