Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the grading work (including erosion and dust control measures) and construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd., of roadways, water system, drainage system, sewer system, concrete curbs and gutters, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, traffic system and appurtenances, installation of electrical site work and street lights, landscaping and irrigation sleeves and all work appurtenant and incidental thereto, covered by Contract No. 19122132 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Waipio Interchange, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:por 047 has been completed.
