YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs LINA MABINI ESTA, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of JONATHAN MABINI ESTA, and MAR NINO ESTA (“Plaintiffs”) have filed a Complaint against EVOLVE SPORTS GROUP, LLC in Case No. 1CCV-22-0001041. This civil action was commenced by Plaintiff for damages.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Jeffrey P. Crabtree, Judge of the above-entitled Court in Courtroom 11, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, the 11th day of April, 2023, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock, a.m. of said day or file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner, attorneys for Plaintiffs, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1740, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for relief demand in the Complaint.
