ESTATE OF SUSAN JOY BLAKE, DECEASED
THE SUSAN JOY BLAKE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST

FILED a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent who died on October 20, 2022, together with an Application by SHEA LIANNE RICHARDS, c/o Frederic M. C. Hu, Esq., 1620 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 510, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said SHEA LIANNE RICHARDS.
If any interested person has objection to the informal application, said person may file a petition for formal proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, said person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claim with proper vouchers or duly authorized copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the above referenced address, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the Trust established by the Decedent, known as The Susan Joy Blake Revocable Living Trust, dated May 22, 2012, are hereby notified that SHEA LIANNE RICHARDS is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Frederic M. C. Hu, Esq., 1620 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste. 510, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
