FILED an Petition of GENE YAMASHITA and PAMELA YEE alleging the testacy of the above-named decedent who died on December 15, 2017 showing property within the jurisdiction of this Court and praying for formal probate of will and for formal appointment of personal representative, and amendment of caption and issuance of Letters to said GENE YAMASHITA and PAMELA YEE, whose mailing address is c/o O’Connor Playdon Guben &. Inouye LLP, Pacific Guardian Center, Makai Tower, 733 Bishop Street, 24th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
That on March 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before the Presiding Judge in Probate in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 is appointed the date, time and place of hearing said petition and all interested persons.
If any interested person has an objection to the above-described petition or the appointment of personal representative, he/she may file an objection within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he/she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to present their claims, as provided in HRS Section 560:3-804, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
