JOHN RITA, JR. John Rita, Jr., 77, of Kahalu’u, Oahu, HI, retired from the United States Federal Government as a Fuel Operator/Mason at Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay and 3rd Degree Kajukenbo Black Belt Instructor. He passed away on December 9, 2022. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Rita. He is survived by his sons: John Derrick (Yvette), Dean; daughters: Denice (Lee Schindel), Michele (Wendel) Yoda. Grandchildren: John Luke, Piper, Summer Rose Schindel, Avery, Calie and Kira Yoda. Sisters: Joan DePeralta, Parsha Oliva, Cynthia Rita, June Dutro, Trina Jury, Andrea DeMello, Mary Fennell; Patricia and Rosalind Dingle. Brothers: Timothy, Darryl, John III; Ray, David and Darin Dingle. Companion Audrey Sakai-Smith. Visitation: 9am; Mass: 10am- 11:15am on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Waikane. Casual attire.
