YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing on Petitioner RICHARD K. CHING’s PETITION FOR (1) ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, (2) APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, (3) DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, (4) AUTHORIZATION TO OFFER REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE, AND (5) CONSOLIDATION OF PROCEEDINGS will be held in Division Three of the Third Circuit Court before the Honorable Judge Robert D. S. Kim at the Keahuolu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i 96740 on March 1, 2023 at 8:00 o’clock a.m.
The subject property is Hawai’i County Tax Map Key ("TMK") (3) 5-5-014-014, located in the District of North Kohala, County and State of Hawai’i, and located at the street address of 55-3427 Akoni Pule Highway, Hawi, HI 96719.
All persons claiming to be an heir of said decedent are directed to appear at the hearing and make his or her claim or file their claim with Petitioner’s Attorney David J. If you fail to do so, you will not be listed in the Court’s Determination of Heirs and will be forever barred from making a claim on the subject property.
