DESCRIPTION: 91-1036 Palala Street, Kapolei, Hi., 96707; TMK: (1) 9-1-059-062-0000; OPEN HOUSES: Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; AUCTION: Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 12:00 noon plaza area by Halekauwila Street of he First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold "as is" to the highest bidder with no upset price. Not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price shall be deposited with the Commissioner immediately upon the close of bidding, by cash or certified check. Prior to bidding, each person must show his or her ability to pay the down payment. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid upon delivery of title after approval and confirmation of the sale by the Court.
