FILED an application alleging intestacy of the above-named decedent who died on July 22, 2022, together with an application by Alice C. M. Oshiro, whose address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, Attorney at Law, A Law Corporation, 55 Merchant Street, #3000, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, praying for the issuance of informal Letters to said Alice C. M. Oshiro.
All creditors of the above-named Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the nominated Personal Representative at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
