NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and claimants of OYAMA PARTNERS, a Hawaii limited partnership, that the Partnership intends to terminate and dissolve pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 425E.

All persons having claims against the Partnership shall present them in writing not more than 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice to OYAMA PARTNERS, c/o Roy Oyama, 4388 Maka Road, Kalaheo, Hawaii 96741. Claims must contain a concise statement of the basis for the claim and written proof of the amount of the claim.

All claims against the Partnership and any General Partner are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the last publication date of this Notice.
