NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF HERBERT HARRY FRANTZ, DECEASED AND/OR THE HERBERT HARRY FRANTZ REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED
JUNE 30, 1988 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED
Notice is hereby given that Herbert Harry Frantz (“Decedent”) died on July 19, 2022. All persons, creditors and interested parties having a claim against the Decedent and/or the Herbert Harry Frantz Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated June 30, 1988 as amended and restated (the “Trust”) are hereby notified that Wayne H. Frantz (“Trustee”), whose address is c/o KIMBERLY KOIDE IWAO, LLLC, P.O. Box 240269, Honolulu, HI 96824, Telephone: (808)
975-9577, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent and/or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
