KELLEY Y. TENGAN 64, passed away on November 14, 2022, in Honolulu. He grew up in Kapahulu and attended Kaimuki High School. He is survived by his son, Tosh Aveiro, grandson Kobe Aveiro, sisters Ann Smith, Cindy McDonald, Juliet Veniegas and C. Tamie Tengan. Visitation: 12:30 PM; Service at 1:00 PM; Sunday, January 15 at Nuuanu Mortuary.
