To the Creditors of and the Claimants against HALELANI INVESTMENTS, INC.
NOTICE is hereby given by HALELANI INVESTMENTS, INC., which was dissolved by the filing of the Articles of Dissolution with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii on December 9, 2022, that pursuant to Section 414-387 of the Hawaii Business Corporation Act, all creditors of and claimants against this Corporation are hereby required to present in writing and in detail their claims against said Corporation at Halelani Investments, Inc., c/o McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon LLP, 500 Ala Moana Blvd, Building 5, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, Attn: Eric Kawatani. Such claims shall be forever barred as against the property of said Corporation and its directors and stockholders unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice. The Corporation or successor entity may make distributions to other claimants and the Corporation stockholders or interested persons without further notice to the claimant.
