SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff CREMA BUILDERS LLC has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0001183 for breach of contract in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, whereby said Plaintiff prays for judgment for $80,000.00, together with costs, interest and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Judge of the above entitled Court, in her courtroom, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813 on Tuesday the Fourteenth day of February, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Kevin W. Herring, Ellen A. Swick, or Robert I. Park, attorneys for Plaintiff Crema Builders LLC, whose address is 999 Bishop Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, and whose mailing address is P.O. Box 131, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96810. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
The failure to obey this Summons may result in an entry of default and in the entry of default judgment against you.
