NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF
SAKURADAI HOTEL CORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that Sakuradai Hotel Corporation, a Hawaii corporation (the "Corporation"), has filed Articles of Dissolution with the State of Hawaii. All persons having claims against the Corporation must present them in writing to the Corporation c/o Mr. Kenji Nakamura, KNA Tax LLC, 711 Kapiolani Blvd Ste 1000, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The written claim must describe the claim in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the Corporation of your identity and of the amount and nature of your claim. Any claims against the dissolved Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the last publication of this notice.
