Notice to Creditors of the Estate and
Trust of Jane Mitsue Fujiwara, Deceased

All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the Jane M. Fujiwara Trust dated 9/02/1993, as amended on 8/26/1997, 9/02/1997, 10/27/2000, 9/13/2007, 3/24/2010, and 4/23/2014, are hereby notified that Kristie Nagato is the sole Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose address is P.O. Box 22607, Honolulu, HI 96823. Pursuant to H.R.S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent, and the above-named estate and Trust, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the sole Trustee at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
