Notice to Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Dorothy Jane Lonnon (“Decedent”) passed away on July 11, 2022. All persons having a claim against the Decedent, the Estate of Dorothy Jane Lonnon (“Estate”) or the Dorothy Jane Lonnon Revocable Living Trust dated February 7, 2001. (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Sharon E. Pattison (“Trustee”), whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, her Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
