LORRAINE ALICE
(HOOPER) LAGERFELD

Lorraine worked at Sears for 28 years. After her retirement she volunteered for Sears retiree club and was on the Board of Directors for the Magellan Association, where she lived. She volunteered at Kapiolani Hospital crocheting thousands of bonnets for new-borns, as well as blankets for the Lunalilo Home. Lorraine made 1,000 Ti leaf leis for Memorial Day for the graves at Punchbowl Cemetery. “Tutu” loved to share her crafts and to bake and cook for family & friends.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her mom, Alice (Souza) Hooper, son, Paul Lagerfeld and daughter Loretta Freitas.
Lorraine is survived by her son-in-law, Doug Freitas, grand- children, Tim (Roseann) & Tom (Bernie) Freitas, Theresa (Corey) Kenui and great-grand children Andrew & Lei Kenui and Dr. Joshua & Preston (Cynthia) Freitas.
