Notice to Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Roland Kino Yatogo (“Decedent”) passed away on May 5, 2022. All persons having a claim against the Decedent, the Estate of Roland Kino Yatogo (“Estate”) or the Roland Kino Yatogo Revocable Living Trust dated December 15, 2017 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Sheila Young and Shari Lee (“Trustees”), whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, his Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustees at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
