Notice is hereby given that MARY LIU HOW, AKA MARY L. HOW AND MARY HOW (“Decedent”) died on November 4, 2021. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the MARY L. HOW REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 19, 1996 ("Trust") are hereby notified that KARL T.S. HOW, whose address is c/o Beverly Lynne K. Hiramatsu, Esq., 841 Bishop Street, Ste. 1800, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is the Successor Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers, or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
