Notice of Intent to Terminate

Notice is hereby given that KE NUI 269 LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, intends to file Articles of Termination with the DCCA. Anyone having claims against the company must present their claims to Thomas R. Daniel, Esq., 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1450, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The claim must include a summary description of the claim, the amount of the claim, when the claim arose, and the contact information of the claimant. Any claim will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce it is commenced within 120 days after receipt of this notice or within two years after the last publication date in this newspaper, whichever is earlier.
