NOTIFICATION OF RIGHT TO PRESENT CLAIM AGAINST OLSON BLACK SANDS, LLC
Olson Black Sands LLC (the “LLC”) intends to
dissolve on or before 12/31/2022. In order to preserve any claim against the LLC, you must:
Describe the claim in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the LLC of your identity and of the amount and nature of your claim.
Mail the claim to the dissolved LLC at the following address:

Any claims against the dissolved limited liability company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later to occur of the last publication date of this notice or the date of filing of the LLC’s articles of termination.
