NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed October 28, 2022, the Petition for Determination and Declaration of Heirs and of Devolution of Title to Real Property of ETHEL HEALANI ALAMA HAMILTON, Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a parcel of land situate at 46-229 Ohala Street, Kaneohe, Hawaii, Tax Map Key: (1) 4-6-019-060, being that certain property described in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 990,709, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 9 o’clock, a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
