ANITA BUTAY DINIEGA REVOCABLE TRUST dated January 12, 2010
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on March 24, 2022, together with an Application by MICHELLE DINIEGA HARRIS, whose address is c/o JOHN K. MATSUMOTO, 733 Bishop St., Ste. 2357, Honolulu, HI 96813 and whose telephone number is (808)548-5700, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said MICHELLE DINIEGA HARRIS and MICHAEL JAY BUTAY DINIEGA.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated January 12, 2010, known as the ANITA BUTAY DINIEGA REVOCABLE TRUST, are hereby notified that MICHELLE DINIEGA HARRIS and MICHAEL JAY BUTAY DINIEGA are the successor co-Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o JOHN K. MATSUMOTO, 733 Bishop St., Ste. 2357, Honolulu, HI 96813 and whose telephone number is (808)548-5700, and that any and all claims which they have against said Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the successor co-Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
