NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF LEONARD C. CARMAN, also known as LEONARD CLINTON CARMAN, and the LEONARD C. CARMAN REVOCABLE TRUST, dated August 7, 1990
Notice is hereby given that Leonard C. Carman, also known as Leonard Clinton Carman (“Decedent”), passed away on February 26, 2022. All persons having a claim against the above-named decedent, estate and/or trust are hereby notified that Matthew R. S. Walker, whose address is c/o David A. Bernstein, A Law Corporation, 1050 Bishop Street, #464, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent, the estate or trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Matthew R. S. Walker, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
