YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs ROSEMARIE INCROVATO and MICHELLE JURKIEWICZ, Individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, have commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000387 in the above-entitled Court seeking judgment against you for special damages in an amount to be determined at trial, for general damages within the minimum jurisdictional limits of this Court and for prejudgment interest at the statutory rate from such dates as may be appropriate until judgment is entered herein, together with costs and attorney’s fees as permitted by law and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper in the premises.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE DEAN E. OCHIAI, Judge of the above-entitled Court at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu on Tuesday, the 6th day of December 2022, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., of that said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Bridget G. Morgan-Bickerton, Bickerton Law Group, LLLP, attorney for Plaintiff whose address is 745 Fort Street, 8th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against for you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
