ESTATE OF FRANKLIN K. KIKUCHI, also known as Franklin Kunio Kikuchi, Deceased, and the FRANKLIN K. KIKUCHI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST.
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on February 28, 2022, together with an Application by HELEN K. KIKUCHI and RODNEY Y. FUKUYA, whose address is 1379 Makaikoa Street, Honolulu, HI 96821, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said HELEN K. KIKUCHI and RODNEY Y. FUKUYA. If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS § 560:3-204. All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated April 22, 1994, and known as the Franklin K. Kikuchi Revocable Living Trust ("Trust"), are hereby notified that BANK OF HAWAII, a Hawaii corporation, is the successor trustee of the Trust ("Successor Trustee"), whose address is P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802-3170, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to Successor Trustee at Successor Trustee’s address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
