Public Notice – Request for Proposal
The Boy Scouts of America, Aloha Council is seeking qualified building general contractors to respond to a Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) to design, replace, and construct a new 749sf Nature Center at the Boy Scout Camp Pupukea, located at Pupukea, Oahu.
The site is managed by the Boy Scouts of America, Aloha Council. All interested companies are invited to email us at alohacouncilbsa@scouting.org for the Design-Build RFP document.
